Our original Fresh and sturdy Matcha Buckwheat noodles are topped with plenty of soft hand-picked tencha (matcha tea leaves before grinding) with a crispy texture. Served with a large, deep-fried tofu carefully stewed in a special broth. Adjust the taste as you like with the accompanying seasonal citrus and Usucha Oil made from uniting soup stock, ginger, and shiitake mushrooms.
